App will facilitate GDT customers easier access to their SmartNet(warranty coverage) through GDT(Warranty information) on their equipment. This can include coverage dates, warranty information, service level, dates of coverage and contract numbers. It also allows them quick access to the GDT SmartNet technical team for smaller operational requests. App operates by searching serial number input by keyboard or by barcode scanner builtin within the app. App is 100% free to customers of GDT.
